    Good post......

I like this post here. Although noone forced Cotto to sign for that catch-weight, it clearly was the difference in the fight. Being weight-drained affects how well you take a punch, affects your stamina, affects your power too. I doubt Manny would have been calling him from against the ropes if he was properly hydrated. No way that happens. If you take away Floyd's reflexes which are clearly not what they use to be, inactivity, poor work rate, and over-confidant nature, you have an even fight. Actually, Cotto has the intangibles in his favor. Jab, legs, technique, and trainer. This Diaz will be the X factor I think. He has a PHD in Sports Science; that means he knows how boxing works. It's going to be fire works on Saturday!

          Mabe.....

" Floyd is a freak of nature ," He may be but I ain't buying it man. Until he's gone through what other great fighters have gone through, I can not say that; neither can his resume. He is beatable, trust me. He's smart about who to fight and when to fight them but this will be cherry-picking gone BAD. I like your response about science too. Thing is if you have tan athelete capable of doing some of these things that are practiced in theory, LOOK OUT! Cotto by decision or TKO.

Cotto's slow and his game plan is just plain ******. An inside fight will just make it easy for Floyd who will bust that ass. I don't see this going past 6 rounds.Mayweather's too sharp, non of his shots will miss while Cotto wont land any of those slow shots of his.

You mean, Floyd will SUCKER PUNCH Cotto! .....Floyd, the true professional .... lol.

I trust my eyes and instincts , I dont need a guy to beat the world for me to think he can , thats why we all have our judgements and our judgements are based on what we know and experienced , some people could see the best of anything perform right before their eyes and turn and say oh that wasnt nothing .

Floyd does things to fighters of such high standing that are done with such ease it takes away from his greatness to people that cant see it .

Glad he's confident. Just hope he don't backpedal starting in round 4 once he realizes he's at a significant speed disadvantage
