Pacquiao was compensated, the offer was $40 m which is a good offer for someone used to getting $7m. What GGG is being offered is totally unreasonable.

I just looked into this thread, to make sure it's the same bunch of imbeciles who used to make fun of Pac for not taking $40m, are now the same ones who think Golovkin should get shafted on a flat $10m fee for the biggest fight in boxing.

Oh, it's a good. I'll just pick out a couple for now.

Idiotic, huh? He ended up making $150m. Who's the idiot here? I'd say it's clearly you.

Manny prayed and the Lord listened, to the tune of $110m more than you thought he would now beg for.

Please Larry, keep telling us that Golovkin snatch up that $10m flat offer.

Nice try to weasel your way out, but in the comparison of Floyd-Pac and Canelo-GGG, the comparison is entirely fair. One party (Floyd, Canelo), should take more than the other guy (Pac, GGG - I'm not calling them B-Sides), let's say 60-40 but a flat fee is ridiculous.

So in that COMPARISON, Yes Golovkin is Pacquaio. Do you know what a COMPARISON is?

Although if you keep missing the point and insisting that GGG can't be compared to Pac, cos Pac is so amazing.....surely that makes your comment an even bigger blunder that you thought Pac should beg for $40m? If Pac was so much better, why did you morons make fun of him for rejecting $40m?

                    Definition of meritocracy
                    plural meritocracies
                    1
: a system in which the talented are chosen and moved ahead on the basis of their achievement

therefore, on tables of negotiation, money's never brought up along with empirical revenues. yes I said empirical even though revenue and gain are synonymously similar

pac made 20 to 30 million a fight. you are only looking at his guarantee from the commision and not from top rank or ppv buys. you think he should only make slightly more for a 600 million dollar fight in which he is at least 45 percent of the draw? and how about floyd. he's used to making 35 million a fight but you think he shold walk away with 560 million and that's fair? how?
