Ive shared my wisdom on CWs many times go back and read it , Im open to debate anything Ive said about weight , Ive never said what I have done or been involved in this forum because it would only be called a lie anyway , but Im 60 next year , thats 3 time or better the time you have spent on this earth and you dont understand what wisdom is , ,
