            i was looking at that as well. he had a hell of a sweat going and a t shirt over a sweat suit...


            i really like russel jr, though
            he already looks like a finished product

            obviously there's room to improve, but he reminds you of the complete fighters who used to come out of the amateurs


            he treats a fight like a stroll down the street. calm as hell.
            lets hope his hands holds, up, especially if he's going to have to be fighting bigger guys and moving up in weight.
