    Will Canelo side step Kirkland?

Kirkland won his WBC title eliminator fight against Angulo in brutal war which is a strong contender for fight of the year.

Kirkland although down in the first and looks in trouble, showed heart punching power and physical strength and punished Angulo, who also showed immense heart and courage.

GBP still seem to be protecting Alvarez, has not mixed it with any dangerous fighters as yet. And although Kirkland is in line for a shot at Alvarez's title, GBP might not want to risk their rising star against a dangerous opponent.

If Canelo does side step Kirkland will it affect your opinion of him?

Not so much him... but the WBC. They already succeeded in ranking Angulo second and Kirkland 15th after his win

I want canelo to fight him.. If he does side step him I won't think different from him cuz I know he's not in control either way.

Nope. Kirkland is an easy fight for Canelo. Canelo's people are already talking about wanting to put canelo in there with him.

What is this bs about Alvarez-Kirkland? Who cares? Alvarez is a hype job and Kirkland is a china chin who got KO by a featherfisted Ishida. So what he beat Angulo? Angulo ain't **** and never was just like Alvarez.

If Alvarez can't take him out early it could be a tough night for him win lose or draw.

Ishida, was feather-fisted and KOed Kirkland, but Angulo is a big puncher and Kirkland took him his shots and came back with his own.

Angulo is a physically strong, but Kirkland backed him up, and with a fight with Alvarez Kirkland is very much likely to back him up as well.

Why would Alvarez be afraid to fight Kirkland? He had no ****ing chin. Angulo isn't known as a especially hard puncher. He's like Margarito in that he wears you down.

Alvarez hits hard, accurate, and fast. I think Kirkland gets worked.

And I don't even think Alvarez is anything special, he gets worked by most higher competition. Kirkland is just firmly below him at this point.

I disagree. Canelo is stronger than Angulo. Also Kirkland's power fades as the fight drags on so I would say that if Kirkland cant KO Canelo early it is over for Kirkland.

Kirkland is very open and Canelo is a medium puncher... not quite feathers but not concussive..... but that will be enough to pummel Kirkland over a 9 round stoppage when Kirkland finally gasses out and succumbs to Canelo.

He is a big puncher, agrressive strong and dangerous.

The fight should happen, but it looks like the WBC and maybe even GBP don't want it to happen.
