            Khan has the right to call out any titleholder in his division, just like any other top guy has in their own respective divisions. If Morales doesn't think he can beat Khan and is unwilling to fight him because of this then he doesn't deserve the title.

            Morales is a legend, but his time as a legitimate title holder at 140 is over with fighters like Amir Khan in contention.
