Neither floyd nor pac will fight him.

I don't think Pac's team is going to risk fighting at 150 again. Margarito did a lot of damage, he's almost broken Pac's ribs.
Seeing actually more chance for Floyd-Martinez @154, but still small. Floyd would only move up for a really lucrative opportunity.

You're acting like martinez didn't do just that. Move up to fight a much bigger man.
Kelly Pavliks size advantage over Martinez is larger than Martinez advantage over Floyd or pac.
