    wtf is up with alberto martinez's head in the first pic? doesn't look messed up like that in the second pic, unless the second pic is before that, which means chavez did some serious damage in 1 round.

          His mouth guard came off in the first pic, I thought the same initially but then noticed he's wearing a red mouth guard.
