i still don't get where the steroid accusations come from. you can tell he obviously added body fat when he moved up - he DOES NOT have a body building physique. he looks like someone who properly added a little weight, AND he simply just doesn't have to cut weight anymore.

Pacquiao's weight gain is the second highest in recorded history. Now, get this..... Manny is second only to Roy Jones Junior (who ended up at HW for ***s sake), he is second to Jones by only 1lb, and Jones used steroids.

Something aint right there, which is why a number of fighters have commented.
