Fair point from Froch but it's bs to think that it had any effect on the result of the fight.

The first headclash didn't arise until the around the middle of the fight where Kessler had been outboxed in every round before the first headclash. It has become a convienient excuse for people to not credit Ward with the win.

If Froch wants to moan - then Ward has every right to moan about Froch's rabbit punches, kidney punches, hitting on the break, hitting after the bell, manhandling Dirrell and even throwing Dirrell to the floor all of which he got away with in one night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Froch is as dirty as any fighter and even said in the interview he will use any means neccessary including rabbit and kidney punches.

So many Ward haters on here - go watch the Froch Dirrell fight, people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. How can you complain about a headbutt when Froch uses rabbit punches and kidney punches.

Yeee ,. neither Froch nor Kessler are specialists in headbutting and it doesn't
deserve to try measuring his skills in doing this with Ward.His bad deeds and

This guy is coming apart at the seams right in front of the whole world. What is this dude talking about? It looks like he has a plan to get himself dq'd out of the fight. I guess that when the going gets tough the tough get going. Here he is admitting that if he carries out such an ill conceived plan that it will cause madness in the arena. This is EXACTLY what I was thinking as I read this article (and others in recent days). Froch, and apparently many of his fans, are getting more and more rattled as this fight approaches because they know what's coming. Everybody who has seen these two fighters fight knows that Ward is the superior and more versatile fighter. Though they will claim that Froch is somehow a master boxer for outboxing AA, they know in their hearts that that victory was about as meaningful as Ward's victory over Edison Miranda. I predict that Froch will do precisely what peplz suggests; intentionally get himself DQ'd somewhere in the middle rounds to avoid what is sure to be an embarrassing, one-sided beat down. Froch's die hard fans, as Kessler fans did when they refused to accept that their man was soundly thrashed, will convince themselves that the DQ was justified so they can go on living their fantasy that Froch is some sort of future HOF/ATG. Just watch. In the coming weeks prior to the fight you will see a non-stop stream of comments and warnings from the Froch camp about Ward being a dirty fighter. They are setting this thing up early. Froch is rattled. Look out, this fight is going to make headlines for all the wrong reasons. I won't be shocked to see Froch try to bite Ward's ear off when he realizes things just aren't going to go his way.

Man can Froch ***** and moan. I bet Ward everytime he sees such a headline raises a little smirk and thinks, he's rattled I've got him.

So far, Froch's insulted Showtime and the New Jersey Commission questioning their integrity and this after the hometown decision he got in Nottingham over Dirrell.

Even Britian/Ireland's Barry McGuigan said in yesterday's paper that he thought Froch was lucky to get the nod in against Dirrell fight.

Ward only just recieved an incompetent ref in his last fight who refereed the entire bout in an AMATEUR STYLE. Inside fighting and clinching are part of the professional game as long as it isn't excessive.

Ward needs to be worried about Froch picking him up and body slamming him like he did to Dirrell. As well as the many other fouls he showed himself to be prepared to commit.

The man got lucky against Jermain Taylor; A fight in which he was clearly losing and trailing on the scorecards, until Taylor gassed out. Then he won a very controversial gift decision against Andre Dirrell; A fight in which even his own countrymen acknowledge he lost. Now at least his own mind, he is the most relevant personality the sport has ever produced.
