I wouldn't really call Proksa untested at all. He convincingly beat Pablo Navascues, who had a draw on his record with Ring #7 Javier Castillejo a few years ago. I had Navascues ranked #15 when Proksa beat him, and consequently have Proksa in the top 10 now. He's more proven than Zbik strictly based on who he's beaten.
