If he completely DOMINATES the round but gets dropped it's 10-9
if it's a swing round or tough to score the KD makes it 10-8

If the fighter that got knocked down gets up and then has the better again you could scored the round 9-10, just as Pacquiao did against Mosley in round 10. Even though Pacquiao had a knock down called against him his domination before the KD and after the KD made a couple judge give Pacquiao a 10-9 round.

The 10-point must system is a method
The judges must give the winner of a round 10 points, and the loser 9 points or fewer.
A knock down usually results in a score of eight for the boxer who was knocked down, and ten for his or her opponent. If there is a round without a clear winner, this may result in awarding an equal number of points to each fighter, so even with an odd number of rounds and an odd number of judges, draws are possible. Each foul usually costs one point, and is determined by the referee.
but to answer your question I say 9-9

As for the TOPIC question. a drawn rd ia 10-10. if fighter A wins the rd it is 10-9, and if fighter A is KD but otherwise still wins the rd it is 9-9. If fighter B both wins the rd and gets th KD is is a 10-8 rd.
These are the rules. BUT........most frequently, judges, going by custom give the rd 10-8 to the fighter who scores the KD even though he may otherwise have lost the rd.
Unless the fighter who has suffered the KD is overwhelmingly winning, but just happens to walk into a KD ......this would cause "most" judges to score it 9-9
