The Diamond middleweight champion of the World Boxing Council, Sergio Martinez, wants to face Floyd Mayweather Jr. and he's willing to do everything in his power to get the fight done. Martinez agrees with Mayweather's position on random drug testing. Mayweather refuses to face any opponent unless they agree to go through an Olympic-style drug testing protocol. Mayweather faces WBC welterweight champion Victor Ortiz on September 17 and Martinez takes on Darren Barker on October 1.

You see when fighters are clean they have no problem at all taking random drug tests. It makes you wonder why would any fighter would refuse to do so or want a cut off date. It doesn't make sense to me.
