    JR is another carefully guarded "wonder" fighting nobodies...look @ his last bout on telefutura...get him someone that @least breathes and has real power...he's more guarded than JCC JR

      he just turned pro about a year and half ago, something like that and has 16 fights. It's a process building these young fighters and gaining experience and the matchmaking is an art form in itself (they have to know when he's ready for what kind of opponents, etc etc etc). Be patient. He's not 47-0 and been pro for 8 years still fighting bums like Chavez.

          I like the undercard. I hope Russell's fight gets aired... does anybody know if it will or not?

            I think hbo was considering it. But russel is the truth. He is blazing fast would love to see a fight between him and gamboa to see who is faster.

              he just turned 23 last month and he just turned PRO in 2009, why in the hell would they try to rush him into big fights?

              ANYWAY Russell Jr is a very talented young fighter, with amazing Hand Speed, he will start to fight better competition eventually it is really no need to rush him along, he will work his way up eventually

                  Man, I hope they do, Russell is a very talented fighter. Still has some things to work on, but has loads of potential.
