Do you think Ward can Mimic what Johnson did...

For 12 rounds. I'm looking at it from a technical standpoint. Froch wanted no part of glen early on. His straight up boxing was giving frosh fits. and as soon as glenn started to slow and not cut off the ring froch found his rhythm.

I like froch he has a great attitude and come to fight hard every fight. But i think his rangyness is his biggest weakness. If he just worked on his jab to make it more of a snapping shot as well as throwing in proper faints that would throw off a high guard pressure that ward could mimic. I also think he's underestimating wards power. It's not one punch KO power but very much like Winky Wright you don't think he can pop till you get hit and you find yourself not moving forward getting your heard snapped back.

    thoughts?

ward isn't gonna put constant pressure on froch like johnson did. ward is gonna use his speed to get inside and then hold-n-hit froch.

ward has average to below average power... basically because he smothers his own punches with his wrestling, also because he doesn't throw combinations.... its usually a right-hand followed up by a clinch. if he put punches together better, his KOs would increase, not because of his power, but because of his activity.
