Very good sparing for both. Vanes has the speed advantage so he looked good. But in a real fight I dont see how he can hurt Chavez, he definately has the skills to outpoint chavez but if the fight goes inside I see chavez breaking him down.

Chavez looked strong though and I was surprised as to how good he looked at times from the outside.

After watching that video there is no chance at all that Chavez JR goes more than 7 rounds against Cotto. Dude has no defence at all and is not using his height by bending and looking the hunchback of notre dame. Chavez has no speed and no power.Comment
