Groves needs to move on to bigger and better things now. He's beat DeFail twice already. Not ONE judge has ever actually had DeFail winning there fight's, the best he's got was a draw by one of the three judge's.

He talked all that trash, bet his purse, and said it would be easy. And goes out and still gets beat. That is to damn funny.

He should go and fight Kenny Anderson or something, or why dosen't he go into thet big modeling career he is always talking about.

just commenting, having a convo. just looking at a rematch from a basic stand point. a rematch for groves is lose/lose. if he wins, so what he already did, if he loses then the controversy of the first fight is bigger. With degale its win / lose. if he wins once again the first fight controversy looks bigger, but he will also have to give him a rubber match which goes into his lose situation, if degale loses again then his career comes to a hault. just my point of view from what I have read,etc. I will watch the fight, I have seen some degale highlights, kid looks like he has loads of talent, looks wild at times. maybe your right, maybe he has awoken, get a new trainer work on somethings and come back wrecking cats including groves. just like with Berto. I'm as big of a fan of his as you are degale. Losing to Ortiz was the best thing that has happened to him, he is humbled and should realize his flaws. Do I think he should fight Ortiz again, hell no, Ortiz is just better. he should go snatch zavecks belt and stay away from Ortiz maybe move up to light middle.

Theres a difference between a gift and a robbery. A gift is when the more popular fighter gets the nod in a close fight like Groves did. Most of the people on here who think he won dislike DeGale....just like you.

He has also lost his unbeatean record after just 10 fights. Which is pretty damn terrible when you think about it. And he lost it on his own promoters show and venue and in his hometown.

i still think he's the better fighter
but he lost the fight. he did not throw enough punches


groves isn't going to get far with his new style, as i've outlined in other posts about the subject. but he's shown the ability to adapt his style early in his career and i'll look forward to the fighter he becomes with a limited athletic toolbox

and considering his regular style, he's proven to be a very complete package for a 10 fight pro with limited physical ability

And Chunky didnt get KTFO by a ***** fighter. He lost a controversial decision. I hope he takes Amir's lead and gets a new trainer.
