But Pacman has no belt, no longer pfp & quite frankily been exposed as a masterfully matchmade fighter. Without all his previous accolades I doubt he'll get the gifts he's used to.

You know how I know people are full of **** when they claim Bradley won or the fight was close...........because those same people are the ones saying they don't wanna see a rematch.

Next time someone claims that the bout was close or Bradley won....ask them if they plan on buying the PPV this Nov.

I say this because both guys are good fighters, so watching a rematch of a close fight should be enough to attract anyone.

I think it boils down to a power issue with him now. He simply equates having the most money & forcing others to cough up everything they have to his will as imposing his power.

Stop with this nonsense. They both need each other. Floyd will be more to blame if it doesn't happen because he's being held to a higher standard and the fact that Manny has a better resume, but at the end of the day they both need each other.

I wont buy JMM/Manny 4 and that was a close fight. People wont buy a rematch because they think Bob ****d them. If they really thought this was bad judging and wasn't a set up by the promoter, they'd definitely buy this ppv again.

Fan Response To Writer Lyle Fitzsimmons Disrepect 2 Tim Bradley in Article Pac/Brad

Boxing writer Lyle Fitzsimmons recent article on krikya360.com has this to say about Tim Bradley ( If you choose to read the whole thread I will prove Fitzsimmons hypocrisy with his own words).

"The idea that Tim Bradley ?with exactly 12 KOs in 28 pro fights ?would put up anything more than token resistance to a rampaging pound-for-pounder whod not lost in seven years seemed patently ridiculous, but Arum showed his chops in the number of savvy media pros hed gotten to buy in."

Now mostly everyone agrees that Manny Pacquiao clearly won the fight last Saturday and Tim Bradley was given a gift decision. You can be angry at the judges and you can be angry at the NSAC, but one person you should not be angry with or have the audacity to insult is Timothy Bradley. Every fighter who steps into the ring deserves respect because their lives are on the line and they are willing to go into the lions den for combat. One might argue ones life is more in danger when they face a fighter like Manny Pacquiao. And when a writer, who has covered the sport for some time, responds in an article with such disrespect, he only makes himself look bad. Not only does Lyle Fitzsimmons makes himself look bad, he makes himself out to be a self righteous judgemental elitist who looks down on fighters, this is not just an opinion, but I will prove it so.

What Lyle Fitzsimmons actually claims about Tim Bradley is plain wrong- headed. He claims because Tim Bradley only has 12 knockouts in his career then he is unqualified for a fight with Manny Pacquiao. He goes onto make even more outrageous claims such as:

"I went ahead and labeled the long-time Top Rank consigliere a genius?in a pre-fight tweet last week, back when I thought his master stroke was merely selling a slap-hitting 140-pounder without a relevant division win as a worthwhile contender for a welterweight title."

Now, making such a ridiculous assertion about Bradley is so wrong on its face and its easy to slap-down. Bradley may have only fought once at 147lbs, but he had an impressive win against an undefeated fighter with a high knockout ratio. Fitzsimmons ignores Bradley's accomplishments at 140lbs out of ignorance or because the actual facts would not fit into his biased opinion against Bradley. We see this all the time with writer's in all fields. If they want to assert a certain point of view that they believe in they just ignore the facts that go counterclaim to their biased opinion and that is what Fitzsimmons has done here. Because all one has to do is look at Bradley's accomplishments at 140lbs and one can quickly come to an agreement that Bradley did deserve his shot at Pacquiao. More than others? Yes, and only a few deserved at shot a Pacquiao more so than Bradley, but he did deserve his shot nonetheless.

Lets layout Bradley's accomplishments. He is a 3-time world champion at 140lbs. he has yet to lose a title fight, in actuality 1 of his titles was taken away from him unfairly in order to give Eric Morales a shot at winning a title in 4 divisions. He is undefeated at 140lbs, and undefeated in all his 28 fights prior to fighting Pacquiao. Now the most outrageous claim Fitzsimmons makes is that Bradley has not had a relevant win in the division. This is a nice, clever way in order to avoid having to list Bradley's other accomplishment's which would prove his shot at Pacquiao was deserved. Bradley is the top 140lb fighter in the world, he has done this by beating the best in the division. To name a few, Kendall Holt, Lamont Peterson, and Devon Alexander. He also beat Jr Witter, when he was relevant, in England, now that alone is a hell of a win.

Most of all Bradley has succeeded in becoming the best at 140lbs the hard way. Slowly fighting his way up in other fighter's home towns and countries. Now tell me did Oscar De La Hoya deserve a fight with Manny Pacquiao, when he was basically a part time fighter not having any significant wins in in years? Did Ricky Hatton deserve a fight with Pacquiao when he had just gotten ko'd by Maywheather and received a gift decision against Juan Lascano?

Just like politicians, journalists seem to forget that the internet exists and holds all their previous words forever for all to see. Here is what Lyle Fitzsimmon's said on the day of the fight, his prediction on boxingscne.com:

?b>Bradley is a brave and tough competitor who promises an intense, action-filled challenge, but it says here that he wont have the pop in his punches or the cleverness in his footwork to deter Pacquiao from a usual pattern of withering punishment. A late stoppage is a real possibility, but we'll go with a wide scorecard verdict instead - somewhere in the 116-112 or 117-111 neighborhood.?br />

Fitzsimmons goes from one calling Bradley a brave, tough competitor who promises an intense action-filled challenge to playing Monday morning quarterback trying to erase his past, claiming Bradley never deserved the fight in the first place and he would not put up anything more than token resistance. What a hypocrite. Wow, how can anyone have any faith in your opinions after your constant contradictions. This is not the only contradiction. I have found many more articles Fitzsimmons wrote about the Pacquiao-Bradley fight, but to list them all would take all day.

Fitzsimmons may not agree with the judges decision and most people don't including me, but to attack Tim Bradley when all he did was fight his heart out, with two injured feet, its just dishonorable and you owe him an outright apology.
