It would be round by round.

And if you are landing more power shot 98% of the time you deserve to win the round.

you guys should be more clearer reading your posts its reads as if you have tim winning, IMHO it is really already pushing it at manny 7-5, but I could get your point, but have to add in no way that fight Pac lost ...

more punches landed, a lot more damaged inflicted and controlled the tempo of the fight...

so if i land 5 powershots per round and land 10 jabs and he land 20 jabs and 4 power shots per round i would win the fight yeah thats a great idea

I agree, Bradley took 10-12. I have to rewatch it but neither of them did anything that would stood out.

                  No:

                  Jabs would be 1 point

Power punches would be 2 points, maybe 3 points.

So the other guy would win the round.

I don't know with all you Manny haters how you watch a fight, do you do it with one dominant eye only??!!! Bradley was just a busy boxer but never was effective, did you all haters even saw ONE meaningful punch from Bradley??!! Guess not, coz there was none!!! Timmy hit a lot of gloves, arms and shoulder majority of the fight...* I think Manny is a victim of his past reputation, those swing rounds were you can score either way, tilted towards Manny's opponent most of the time because Manny failed to dominate him completely.. We, the judges, the fans and everybody else, were all so used to Manny obliterating his opponent that if Manny just decided to only fight for points, he will surely loose those rounds in the judges' eyes...* Case in point are the rounds were Manny took his foot of the gas, like rounds 10, 11 and 12, yes Timmy was busier, BUT Manny didn't stand still in those rounds either, Timmy was punching air most of the time, He threw double punch/jabs to the air the entire fight for christ sake in hope of keeping Manny out of harms range, Bradley threw a total of 449 jabs the entire fight and got in only 51 (11 percent), and most of that jabs were thrown in the last three rounds....* I know the busier the boxer, the more it should impress the judges, but it should also somehow connect with his opponent...* Just an example of Calzaghe winning more rounds against Hopkins because of sheer work rate, but Calzaghe as feather fisted as he is, atleast connected on Hopkins with his pitty-pat punches......

The three blind judges were so mesmerized of Bradley's supercombo-power-punches in the AIR, on the GLOVES, on the ARMS that they completely forget that you need the opponent's body and head to connect them to for them to be counted a point...
I didn't realize it is much more easier to go to professional boxing now, i just need to punch the air for three minutes of every round and i will win a championship belt!!!

To end my case, Teddy Atlas and Floyd Mayweather Snr., two of the most notorious Pacquiao haters, both said Manny won the fight... In Teddy Atlas own words, "It's either corruption or incompetence. There'll be a rematch. It speaks to the corruption of the sport. The criminals will be rewarded" - ESPN's Teddy Atlas
