he is talking about how they leave their arms hanging down in front of them and don't keep their guard up and how Martinez pretty much leans towards his opponent basically DARING his opponent to try and hit him...Roy used that same style in his prime

also when he said Wrong...WRONG means that it is not a training in the world that would teach his fighter to fight like that nor is it any Gyms in the world teaching fighters to fight like that, only certain fighters can pull that style off
