That in the bold was great...

Now like it or not people, the rematch with Marquez is going to happen, I know a lot of people don't like it, but if u didnt think the first fight was good, ur crazy, and I 100% believe that Marquez was hurt (just don't like the way he discredited the win after saying it was cuz he was hurt) Juanma is a man of his word and promised Marquez in the ring in front of viewers that he would give him the rematch ( a man's word should also be important to u guys) I guarantee the Lopez Gamboa fight won't happen till next year, mock my words....
i agree with this as well. arum is just speaking from a businessman/promoter pov. if he was in charge, we wouldn't have seen bradley v alexander for another 2 years. the fight was a let down, but it just made the picture clearer about who sits where.
alexander doesn't have the character to be a top p4p fighter. now we know, we can move on to khan v bradley, and a fight that does deserve the hype.
fighters these days are too over protected. bradley v alexander was a rare case of undefeated top young fighters facing each other.
if it was up to arum, he would have over protected them both and matched them with more inferior fighters to build the hype. it would have made him and the fighters more money, but it would have delayed us all finding out who's the real deal and who's over hyped.
the same will probably happen when we see lopez v gamboa, but because arums in charge, we got to wait and let him drag out the outcome as long as possible.

I know alot of people dislike Arun, me included, but you have to admit.. Bradley vs alexander should have been a much bigger fight. They could have built that fight into a super fight and made millions. These are 2 young undefeted american champions, and the best they could do was pontiac Michiga, and HBO ? comeone now. .. They should have built these guys up and made them more mains tream, then had a ppv and put it at Staples center, or Vegas, or St lou..

Arum has a point. right now gamboa cant fill a studio apartment, let alone an entire arena. Juan ma is known amongst hard core fans, but not the general public. If Arum continues to work on these guys careers and name recognition he can have a super fight. Where his adea is falling short is they are fighting bums.

So with a division as deep as junior welterweight, we should put up with these guys fighting bums for 2 years just so they can be built up as invincible?

And then Amir Khan should fight bums for 2 years too that way he can be built up as a star to the American public as well.

If everyone followed the Arum approach boxing would be so boring.

Alexander-Bradley should be added as a new word in dictionary..

Alexander-Bradley = a highly anticipated event that ended as a ****ty event.

          Use Alexander-Bradley in a sentence:

Man, Black Sabbath is coming to town for a reunion concert,.. I hope it won't be an Alexander-Bradley....
