I am not so sure. Casual fans know the Mosley name more so than JMM. But even so, it isn't the fight I want to see anyway. Personally, I think if the Floyd vs. Pacquaio fight doesn't (or cannot) come off at the end of 2011, Manny should just retire. It's really the only fight that matters for him. Fighting Mosley, JMM, Berto, Bradley or Alexander, etc does nothing for him except pad his bank account. I am much more looking forward to Bradley vs. Alexander, Mares vs. Agbeko, Donaire vs. Montiel, Ward vs. AA, Johnson vs. Froch, and David Haye vs. either Klit (if Haye grows some balls), than any of the aforementioned fighters against Pac sans Floyd Jr.

He was a ***** for sliding on the weight.
But why on earth would you assume that just because somebody else does something, that makes it alright, and Manny should be allowed to do it as well ?
Pacquiao is a joke, and your standards are lower than a $5 whore. It is a total joke that you would justify Manny's actions by comparing him to Mayweather.

Who cares about the fkn title ?
Marquez doesn't give a **** about the welterweight division.
This is about Manny vs Marquez III.

LW to WW is two divisions pal, JMW would be three.
Manny cannot compete with the skills of Marquez. He is not content with it being a LW vs JWW, that fight would have to be a LW vs WW before Manny will even look at Marquez.
P4P pu$$y.
Huh ?
You replied to a question about weight, with an excuse about PPV buys ?
Because.....
you have to be a huge draw to fight Manny, like Clottey was. Right ?
No, wait.....

And please, stop the name calling! We are all adults here (at least I know I am) and no need to slam someone when they have a different opinion than you do. Me and hitking don't agree but we are not calling each other $5 whores, which is more funny than anything...Last edited by SluggerFan; 12-23-2010, 05:13 PM.

Pac's got a lot better, and from what I've seen jmm is on the deline. I just don't think it would be an interesting fight. I see it going 2 maybe 3 rounds. Now if jmm were to jump up and beat a guy like berto all that would change. He would show that he can handle the weight and a 3rd match with pac would look a little more realistic then it does now. I'm just not buying into all the jmm hoopla. The guy clearly lost the first fight, and I had the second one a draw but thats just me. I surely don't see him doing BETTER at this point...

And Sugar Ray Leonard did this often as well, even fought one fight for two titles? So I guess he isn't a legend either...
Ray was a legend waaay before Lalonde, he had already cemented his legacy.
SRL is not a genuine LHW champion. But at least he.....
a.) fought a genuine LHW
b.) fought a genuine champion
Manny did not fight a genuine JMW, or a real champion, just that slow, plodding, shop-worn, mediocre, welterweight, BUM Margarito.
Manny is a joke, and so are you. If your intelligence / boxing knowledge is really so limited, why would you come here to argue ?
