If you watched Ward earlier as a pro, he actually was a very classic boxer and was entertaining. He could punch, move and do it all.

I have no idea what his handlers got for changing his style, but they should get life.

he clearly used wrong tactics vs froch and since then has learnt from it and has engaged more,not just ran around,but moved around with smart upper body movement and footwork.

the more i see ward fighting at home with his dirty little tricks and not using gameplan vs bika,the more beatable he looks.

and he will come unstuck when he fights away from home town and versus better opposition than his last 2 fights.

Froch is easily the top guy at the moment,for his opponents,for being able to box and fight and for his performances.

look again at every top super middles records and wins and performances,then think again about who is the best at super middle at the moment.

No disrespect bro, but hine sight is 20/20. Everyone thinks AA is a bum now?But remember this...before AA vs Dirrell...he was one of the favorites to win the tournament. No one had an answer for his peekaboo defense. No couldn't stand his power. MANY people on this board were on that train. Dirrell outclassed AA, AA loses to Froch....and the guy is a bum now? I'm sure AA will be a win for Ward, but don't poop on the pioneer who figured it out first.

Your argument isn't entirely thought out. Ward hasn't fought a technical fighter with speed and movement. Furthermore, he hasn't fought a technical fighter with speed and movement outside of oakland. I'm confident that Dirrell out-boxes, jabs, and out-moves Ward.

No disrespect taken. My comments about Abraham were not hindsight. I never liked his style and nobody's style works on everybody and Abraham found that out twice now. He is bum to me because he and or his trainers have not changed a thing about his style since the **** is not working. Maybe he doesn't have the ability to change and to me that makes him a bum.

You are right I didn't write out my whole thought process on a Ward vs. Dirrell fight and I won't right now either. But you say those things about Dirrell's speed and movement like he is out of Ward's league when it comes to those attributes. Yes Dirrell is faster and moves a lil better than Ward but not by that much IMO. Also to me Ward is smarter, tougher and able to make adjustments on the fly in the fight better than Dirrell from what I have seen. So like I said I got Ward with a "W" and we can bet points on that if you like.

i suggest you watch dirrel/froch...froch was fouling dirrel all fight...dirrell actually dug deeper and landed some of the crispest shots in that division...in froch's hometown...

separate ward from the hometown refs who allow all the dirty tactics, and the judges who score headbutts as points and lets see what happens...
