Germany is a solid boxing country.

than suddenly a handsome, hard punching Abraham came around and gave us amazing knockouts. idk he was something special........to everyone. maybe because he was a one-punch Ko artist.
Poor germans. Having Maske and Ottke on the TV on saturdays... I never fully understood their love for them. Maybe it was a product of the re-union. I watched them too BTW. In the vain hope of seeing them getting KTFO by a live opponent lol.

If Froch wins by KO/Decision/DQ or Abraham wins by KO, there will be a Froch-Abraham rematch in the semifinals.

If Abraham wins by Decision/DQ, he will face Glen Johnson in the semifinals.

102-106 and 103-105 is not "way behind" on points going into the final round.

Taylor was fighting in Germany so you can bet he wasn't getting anything he didn't deserve.

I think you should watch it again.

froch has a solid chin,he can box better but sometimes ignores his corner and likes to ****.

he can use his jab all the time, back up abe rendering him less effective,i think frochs movement around the ring is better than A.A.s.

i dont see abraham being able to change his style much, and probably same for froch.

how many knockouts does abraham have at super middleweight, truth is abraham is really a middeweight who moved up for a challenge.

froch has the power to knockout anyone if they stay infront of him long enough and arent good at moving around and using upper body movement for defense.

i see it possile for either to man to win by KO.but froch will have respect for abes power, but also be able to outbox abe somewhat and will catch abe with clean hard rights and uppercuts.

This fight is very difficult to call due to froch and abraham's styles and how they clash....but i'm leaning more towards froch. froch is underrated in terms of his ring smarts and boxing skills. he has a better jab than given credit for, and is quicker than given credit for. and if you go back and watch his fight with kessler, he was outjabbing and outboxing kessler at some points. i felt froch actually won that fight by a point or two. froch actually looked like the boxer in that fight, not kessler. kessler was the one coming forward trying to make it a dog fight. i think froch is gonna start working abraham's body early and will take alot of steam away from abraham. and froch will start opening up with his right hand. abraham does have a chance to pull a KO out of the bag of course due to his power. but i just see froch outworking him and possibly stopping abraham mid to late rounds. abraham's chin is not as good as people make it out to be, people were just used to seeing him able to defend the vast majority of his opponents punches because he wasn't facing top of the line competition like he is here. Dirrell dropped him and had him stunned a few times. and if you go back evn further, abraham was hurt against gatekeeper lijuan simon who has very little power back at middleweight. expect to see froch outworking abraham the first few rounds, and he will start to deliver that right hand down the middle, abraham buckles and gets stopped between rounds 6-10. but abraham may come out of nowhere with one of his bombs...just my two cents.

When i first heard of this fight i tought Abraham would destroy Froch because of Froch bad defence and footwork, now im not entirely sure. I see it like this: Froch will have to fight Abraham because he dosen't have the ability to box and get away like Dirrel, Froch advantages are his high workrate and superior reach, if Abraham gives away rounds and if Froch chin holds up he might win on points.
Abraham won't be stopped, he beat Miranda with a broken jaw and Abraham will be able to connect on Froch repetedly considering Froch defense. The questionmark is Froch chin and Abrahams workrate. Either Abraham knocks out Froch, probably in the second half of the fight or Froch wins on points.

                  I agree.

I agree about Froch tactics but i think because of Abrahams defense Froch won't land that much until Abraham opens up and when Abraham opens up Froch will have to take at least one punch for everyone he lands on Abraham. When this happens i think Abrahams power and possibly chin will prove superior.

I might put some money down on Abraham at a betting site, can't decide if it's worth the risk but it will add to the excitement of the fight

what make this fight interesting is whether arthor will learn from his last fight and put in alot more workrate in the early rounds, because froch possibly has a better chin than dirrell.

Its a call em fight, and im going to for froch, simply because i want him to win. Its that close. I reckon it wont last 5 rounds though, because abraham will swing harder than he didn against dirrell. So my prediction.

within 5 rounds, kncokout and ill sway to froch...

Not only is he shorter with the better stance hes got good reach for a short bloke making his defense really hard to get through

I'm still angry they put this fight at the same time as the Katsidis one but I think I'll have to watch this one live. Can't wait what ever happens I'm sure this place will be going nuts.
