Green is a joke and a cry baby like dirrell. Match those two ladies up in a barbie doll match. Green has no fans and no talent.

the punch was on the ear.. and it only landed there because green positioned himself to get hit there.. and the judges that had green ahead on the cards should be banned.. green is a bum. glen whipped him out and consoled him like a child at the end of teh fight.

I will give major props to Glen Johnson because he did come in the ring and good shape for someone who just fought at light heavy 3 months ago, especially for a 41yr old man. It was a dangerous matchup for Allan.
I will say Allan looked a hell of lot better than he did against Andre Ward. I agree with the judges that he was winning the fight. And it looked to me that those punches landed on the back of Allan's head. I will watch the fight again to confirm this. To say he is a class C fighter is ridiculous. He did keep his left hand low which begged for some punishing rights but i think those shots were in the back of the head. He should have been given his 5 minutes to get his head back together and Johnson should have lost a point.

Green does more fighting out of the ring than he does inside it.

man GTFOH , somebody tell Allan Green to retire, he has no fanbase and absolutely no talent, i seriously cannot beleive how Antonio Tarver said he had the fight even, i saw a wipeout. . . and why Green wasted like 5 seconds while on the canvas complaining when he couldve gotten up, hes a little byatchh. . if he fight Glen Johnson 20 times, he loses 20 times.

Allen Green Vs Andre Dirrel should be made to see which one of these pussie.s got the bigger heart

I honestly don't know how anyone (especially the judges) could say that Allan Green was winning the fight. Just about every round ended with Green staggering back to his corner, like after round 3 (I believe) when Green litterally had the snot knocked out of him. I don't know what it is with these judges thinking it's okay to screw over a guy like Johnson just because his boxing record looks worse than it should be. His record is definately deceiving, and for sure several of those "L"s should be "W"s. Johnson was disgusted after he heard he was losing on the scorecards at the time of the stoppage, and so was I. Thank God he knocked out Green or he might have gotten screwed over yet again. Judges in Championship fights have gotten worse and worse, the only way they can protect themselves anymore is to try and knock their opponent out. A lot of judges don't want to take a "0" from a fighter and screw over the opponent because of it. Unfortunetly, some fighters don't have the kind of power to knock out all their opponents (like Kotelnik).

Allan Green won't win this appeal and needs to get honest with himself. Again, he wanted to use weight issues in his loss to Johnson, but he couldn't knowing Johnson lost over 20lbs in a matter of weeks to fight Green on short notice. Johnson was in a war with Cloud just 3 months ago, had to lose massive weight in a short period of time and still knocked Green around the ring. Wake up Allan! You're just not as good as you want everyone else to believe, and you've proved it in your last few fights. If he's complaining about losing weight in this division, he obviously can't go back down in weight - and going up in weight would be even more disasterous for him. I think it's time for him to look for another career.

                  *facepalm*

David Haye rabbit punched Ruiz three times with big shots. Did Ruiz sit and complain while he was counted out?

green should watch the tape and realize that he was leaning his head to the side where it was at the perfect location for a right hander to throw his right hand.

also to mention, green was bending down and turning his head only leaving the side of his head open. it's legal to hit a guy in an illegal place if he turns his back or head DURING the action, which is exactly green's defense, which also the ref should've been looking at warning green for taking the legal target area away. kind of like a boxer bending down at the waist and taking away all legal target areas, it would be his fault for lack of defense as far as I see it.

bottom line, 9 out of 10 times green would lose to johnson, and probably get ko'd 7 times out of those 9.........

                      i agree

johnson may have knocked him out later on in the fight as he had him hurt a few times in the fight but still the later rounds would have been telling because johnson had to drop alot of weight and his power may have diminished slightly towards the end of the fight

with all that being said i don't think green has a very strong case

he needs to go back to the drawing board and think long and hard about his career because the way it's going he is going to be the one getting handed to younger better fighters to use a stepping stone to bigger fights
