I'm pretty sure a second round did take place. You can avoid the issue of why Pac would refuse to participate in an anti-doping program during the first negotiation all you want. If it helps you sleep at night, go right head. I'll keep believing Pac is hiding something.

It really dont matter at this point cause the world already labeled Floyd as a COWARD....

How old are you guys? Its funny so (literally) how you guys post a video from ESPN about them calling Floyd a coward! So what!

Why should he bow down? Go head on somewhere with that.

Why are you guys advocating year round testing when Manny can't even agree to do it without a WEEK cut off?

I'm not a PED expert. I never claimed to be a PED expert, but I know that WADA is an expert. WADA has a test. Mayweather asked Pac to take it, and he refused to take it without special leniencies. As far as I'm concerned, he threw himself under the buss on the drug issue. All he had to do was agree to do it, and it never would have been talked about or debated, and barely even mentioned by anyone.

As for his history, Pac has shown he can pass the NSAC testing, and that is all. Their testing is not as good as Olympic testing. I'm not sure how you can debate that. Put it this way, if they made the testing worse, pretty much everyone would pass. Would that mean they're all clean?

What you're saying is Pac can pass an inferior test, so why bother with a better one? I hope you don't want your car tested that way before you buy it.
When the NSAC or which ever drug testing organization passes a new rule enforcing this new method of testing and Pac says he needs a cut off, then I will stand behind you and all these other Flotards and say Pac is juicing..

But when Floyd is personally is demanding it when HISTORY HAS SHOWN FLOYD is notorious for finding a way not to fight a fighter, I will continue to sit here and say FLOYD WAS LOOKING FOR A COP OUT EXCUSE..

How is Floyd going to demand a test procedure that he personally isnt doing correctly...

So if Floyd aint being tested even when not in training, then why cant Pac ask for a window before the fight when he knows he going to be tested after..

They were tested out-of-competition, from the time they signed the fight until the day of the fight. From what that linked described, the in-competition testing would be done after the event, as in the urine or blood test they would do after the fighters leave the ring. The out-of-competition testing would continue between fights, while they are in training. Seems pretty straight forward. I'm not sure of the exact rules, but it seems you sign up for a 12 month period, where you are then included in a testing pool and could be selected for testing. Do we know that Mosley and Mayweather aren't in the pool anymore? I don't.

Pac denying the first round of obscure testing left many to believe he was juicing.. No denying that, but that was in Jan. Speed up to today, Pac has complied to testing which today we have no fight and the only words outta Floyd and his camp are..

              1. Im not thinking about boxing
              2. Im going to take a year or two off
              3. And since you agree that the 2nd round of negotiations took place. Floyd has denied that they have...

Lets live in the NOW, not back in Jan.

                3. Manny Pacquiao hasn't been able to conjure up a good reason why he wants a cutoff.

So instead they want to dissect USADA protocol, they want to talk about Floyd's personal issues, they want to attack other posters. Sorry girls...it doesn't change 1, 2, and 3. But keep trying.

I'm still waiting for your point. Thanks.
at this clown, maybe next time you should READ.

Not Floyd's drug testing, the USADA's drug testing. Yeah, Pac has passed all the tests he's done. That doesn't mean a lot to me because it's well known that the NSAC testing is not particularly good. By the logic of a lot of people here, they should just make the testing worse, because everyone can pass and that means everyone is clean. They should be testing with the best methods available. You don't start with crappy testing and work your way up, because you won't catch people.-- Red_Menace

I just don't understand why some of you guys are so gung-ho about following the NSAC drug testing when NSAC had no problems with USADA coming in as long as they met the NSAC requirements.

As far as I can tell, the only argument in support of that is, "Why should Manny bend to Mayweather's will?!" Are you guys really concerned about protecting Manny's fragile ego? I think you should be less naive about the possibility that the real reason he doesn't want to be tested is he doesn't want to fail the test and destroy his career.

You are so uninformed its funny.

According to the USADA, THEY PICK AND CHOOSE WHO THEY TEST AND WHEN THEY TEST THEM WHEN THEY AREN'T IN COMPETITION.
