I re-watched Wlad vs. Peter tonight.

It was actually Sam Peter who was doing most of the holding, especially in the second half of the fight. He was repeatedly stunned by Wlad's punches and was holding to recover.

Wlad was trying to break away much of the time, and he finally got enough room to let his hands go in the 10th round.
