how do you know he is not fighting him? they don't have a fight signed yet but the possibility is still there so what you talking about? Floyd talked **** about Pacquiao because he's a potential opponent, they enemies and all he's asked about anyway is Pacquiao so **** it he addressed it and got out of context while doing so, this is what you call build up, Floyd was busting Manny's balls for not agreeing to his sole testing demand and killing the fight again..
