Last Saturday at Luna Park in Argentina, WBA interim junior welterweight champion Marcos Maidana won a very tough twelve round decision over former champion DeMarcus Corley. The scores were 117-110, 117-110 and 115-112. Corley made the fight close when he was able to stand on the inside with Maidana and trade punches. Maidana became very tired in the last four rounds.
