angulo is the #1 ranked contender for the wbc at 154..so how can margo whofought a nobody at 154 and manny who hasnt fought there at all fight for the vacant wbc title??

Margarito has been ranked #1 by the WBC for a few months. The reason Margarito and Manny are for the vacant title is because the WBC exercised all it's other options and this fight was actually the 4th or 5th option they have tried in order to get a full time champ. These are the facts and the WBC is just following protocol/rules they have had in place for years.
