So if that is the case Manny can't offer 14 days and be like well they stopped taking blood 18 days before the PBF vs. Mosley fight. The key to all of that is the fighters (PBF & MOSLEY) DID NOT KNOW THAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN. That is what makes the testing random not knowing when they are going to start or stop the testing.

Please provide a link to the article that says PBF and Mosley knew that the cut off date for blood testing would be 18 days out.
That may be the case but the fact is with an hr before the fight, they knew all the testing was finished and had been finished as of the last test....14 (or 18 whatever) days prior to the fight happening. The point is Floyd now knows he wasn't tested any closer than 18 days out from the fight when his entire agenda was to have both guys tested up until the moment they entered the ring...didn't seem to happen that way though. People keep acting like Floyd was tested all the way up till he entered the ring and that Pac would be cheating somehow or trying to cheat by asking for the 14 days. It doesn't matter if he knew they would stop at 18 days or not, what matters is the random testing up until the night of the fight was no better than what Pac is proposing anyway...If Floyd was really that serious about the testing thing being up until the moment of the fight, he would have pushed for testing in the last week of training at least.

Except he did not take the tests during the time that he is now arguing about....18 days out or whatever is not the same as random until fight night. It is another excuse to not fight, you know it and everyone else does to.

I don't believe this is flying over your head, mat. First, the USADA reserves the right to test whenever, whether they do or not. The issue is that Manny wants to know WHEN.

I'd say it's a budgeting issue as with everything in government now but we could have it in the next year or so.”

If this is the case, then you know Team Mayweather is just waiting on Pacquiao to be forced to do full random blood testing.
That's a very likely possibility. That is unless Manny decides to call it quits before any of that takes place.

This is a known fact and it is also a nown fact that MAYWEATHER HAD NO ISSUE WITH THAT. But now, testing must be carried out even farther for Pacquiao when it was supposed to be the same for Mosley and 14 days was sufficient. This sets the precedent for Pac to request a 14 day cutoff. Why do people want to act like both Mayweather and Mosley were tested up until the night of the fight when they weren't?

May Sr should be careful what he says about anyone even taking supplements should be banned from boxing as I'm sure Xylocane is considered to be more than a supplement and I'm sure his son takes protein shakes (supplements) and some type of creatine mix during training (more supplements).

It is a big shame, believe what you want...negotiations, no negotiations, testing agreements or none at all, money agreements or none at all.....some one just does not want to fight.
It's the USADA which determines when and when not to test the fighters.

All the fighters can do is undergo the testing even if they agree or don't agree with it.

The USADA can stop or start whenever they want with no warning.

Stop making **** up. We don't need that.
That's been the problem here. People twisting the facts.

            I agree with Floyd Sr.

His son should be banned from boxing.

He takes supplements all day and he admitted of taking PED s after Hernandez fight!
