              he's said this before mayweather ever brought it up, right after the morales fight.

              Give credit to floyd though, he did his research on this. Now he's backed out for personal reasons more than twice.

              Manny never refused giving up piss randomly, ever. and by USADA count, they took much more urine than blood, even though blood was so "vital" to their testing.

                  so floyd added more demands to blood testing and conveniently went on vacation the 2nd time around of negotiations. He's not ducking manny, it's just a big "coincidence"
