Tyson, I was always amazed how this dude trained they way he did and still maintained his muscle mass.

Being a huge Mike Tyson fan, I'll have to tell you that his muscle maintenance was mostly due to genetics. He has always had an insanely muscular body (200+ pounds of solid muscle and 5'8" at the age of 12, he could bench press 250 pounds 10 times in a row). That said, his routine is still beastly.

Crap. Sorry hombres, major fail on my part. My camera's battery is refusing to charge for some reason (probably because I haven't used it in over a year). I've tried everything and still no avail. I'll see if I can buy another one or borrow a friend's camera tomorrow. It will have to be tomorrow because I leave for a long vacation tomorrow night.
I really wish I could share some of this with you guys, especially how big Roberto Duran seems to be on incorporating Coca Cola into his training routines. Made me laugh my ass off when I read him mentioning Coca Cola so much.
