    Pac didn't carry up his KO power from the lower weight classes.

    How many times we gotta go over this. Pac didn't carry up his KO power from the lower weight classes. Pac doesn't have one punch KO power. except for the hatton fight, all pac's stoppages have come from the accumulation of punches.

    what most of his opponents don't get is that pac is super fast with southpaw angles, he throws punches in bunches, and he's relentless. they tell themselves they can handle the speed, but they can't.

    Pac didn't carry up his power, it's just that he's too fast, too busy, and too relentless.

    that's why crackhead sr. doesn't want his son to fight pac. that' s why he slandered pac to give his son an excuse to duck pac.

    also accuracy and leverage.

    But you watch his fights at 112 and 122 and you can tell that in those days he was more than just a good puncher, he was also very heavy handed. Now he doesn't look so heavy handed anymore

      People are acting like he's knocking ppl out and such a higher rate now then he was before. his last 5 fights 4 out of 5 were considered tko/ko wins. thats 80 percent. If you look at Pac's Ko percentage from the time he turned 18, all the way till his last marquez fight, its at 76 percent. not that much of a difference.

      Plus people contradict themselves with Manny all the time. First its he was beating weightdrained shot fighters. Then it was he's on steroids because nobody can accomplish what he did without being on something. Then i heard people say he's not that strong because he couldnt even knockout Oscar in the ring, or finish Cotto off earlier. And how it also took him 9 rounds with Diaz when other fighters have finished Diaz off sooner. Its just annoying all the contradiction.

        Also people dont take into consideration the type of opponents he has beaten recently, mostly aggressive come foward fighters susceptible to getting sharp shooted as they come in.

          That is not true. At all.

          Pacquiao very much carried his power up, in fact, has gotten more powerful.

          Oscar has phenomenal chin, and while he was never knocked out or down, those punches were making him wilt. Cotto at welterweight can take a shot, he doesn't have a great chin but he's got an above average one, and Pac HURT him with one punch. Clottey refused to open up cause he felt Pac's power and did not wanna get knocked out.

          I don't care what angles you punch from, when you're hurting guys consistently like Pac has, you are punching with some serious power.

            There's a reason why Pac is the Fighter Of The Decade and Floyd isn't.

              TS,is the same person that said pac would knock floyd out if he hit floyd the same as mosley did so obviously he thinks pac carried his power up in weight.

                it's funny how you keep bragging on a award pac won by default.

                  What relevance does that have with punching power?

                    oscar = tKO

                    cotto = tKO

                    clottey = decision

                    no one punch KO power there. they get hurt because of the speed, accumulation, and southpaw angles. Pac's power is an illusion, his opponents get hurt because they don't see the punches coming.
