Williams to me has always been overrated. Now, that ain't to say that he isn't a really good fighter, but what makes him look so menacing is his height. But the problem is he's about 6'2 but fights at the height of a 5'9-5'10 guy with the way he leans in and punches. Martinez and Quintana were able to hit him easy because he's not hard to time and once he starts to throw leather, he's almost always wide open to getting hit. Mosley's very good at fainting and landing hard shots and keeping the fighter moving. I think if he was getting hit as often against Martinez, I believe Mosley even now is capable of landing solid shots that probably would be more effective than Martinez's punches.

Martinez and Quintana are slick lefties. Shane isnt a lefty or slick.
I think the myth about Paul is that people think he fights like a little guy ALL the time. So not true. The first punch he throws is jabs. Non stop jabs to the head and body. He can double and triple it. Will isnt dumb he knows that Shane cant do anything with a jab. His own trainer said that. They will pump the jab in his grill.
Its a fight Mosley never wanted until he got desperate thats for a reason.
"I will fight anyone but him (Paul Williams) our styles dont match up well"
----Shane Mosley
He said nothing about cash, Will not being a draw, split nothing. He said styles. Shane knows what time it is if he fights Paul. His ass is toast.

Cotto vs Mosley II might be interesting too, but I gotta see how Cotto looks after June 5

I'd say he should look to take on Berto and Cotto asap as his next 2 opponents if he loses to Mayweather. P Will will be tied up in his Pavlik and Martinez triangle. Then I think he should take on P Will if he beats those 2 and then retire with a fight against a name that isn't too dangerous or even a 3rd bout with Cotto to settle it.

And he will be sent into retirement by him.
As for who wins, I need to see Mosley against Floyd.
