it has something to do with mind and tongue/vocal coordination. he thinks so fast because he seems always agitated. he always wanted to speak his mind out but by the time he opens his mouth and deliver the first intro, the thought have already passed, then he needed a couple of blinks to recall what he was supposed to say. sometimes he had already forgotten what it was that all he do is repeat his initial sentence. he devised a system to remember a sentence to guide his mind back to the original train of thoughts by saying " like i said before" when in fact he had not said it, he thought about saying it prior.
