The one who started this thread is probably very uneducated. Things are not done that way in this system of jurisprudence. Prove you "didn't" do something. Someone could say he can't prove he hasn't committed murder or done a host of other crimes.

No cuz, it is the other way around. You have to come up with proof someone did something. There's innocent people on death row convicted with better evidence than you have that Pacman "ever" took one PED. There is not one scintilla of evidence to back of that claim. And just because of he is doing well, is not evidence.
