*******s LIED about Floyd's ILLEGAL use of Xylocaine!!!!!

    Upon further research:

    "C. LOCAL ANAESTHETICS

?Injectable local anaesthetics are permitted under the following conditions:
?a. bupivacaine, lidocaine, mepivacaine, procaine, and related substances, can be used but not *******. Vasoconstrictor agents may be used in conjunction with local anesthetics
    ?b- only local or intra- articular injections may be administered;
?c. only when medically justified .W here the rules of the governing body so provide, notification of administration may be necessary."

So doesn't floyd inform them why he is using it? (Hand conditions)

So my question for the *******s, isn't breaking your hands a medical condition?

Even if its legal in Nevada, CAN someone provide a legit link that its banned in the other 49 states?

    My Sources:

    World Anti Doping Agency (WADA)

United States Anti Doping Agency (USADA)

    (Page 22/37)

I provided legit sources, can any ******* provide a LEGIT source on Xylocaine being banned in 49 states? (no wikipedia or forum/bull**** links, only legit ones)

I, for one, never jumped on the xylocaine bandwagon. I'm a Pac fan not a *******. I could give a damn what he injects in his hands.

Anyways, under certain medical conditions and injuries, steroids are perfectly legal as well. Just saying.

WTF, a painkiller vs steroid? Like this guy said:

The pain killer does not make you faster, stronger, give you more stamina later in the fight, etc
            .
Even though its legal in nevada, I still dont have a legit link where it says its banned in 49 states.

What medical condition/injury does Pacquiao have? and how are you comparing pain killers to steroids? one is supposed to put you at a disadvantage in the long term...

You know for a FACT he takes steroids now? I didn't compare a painkiller to steroids. I was comparing the legality of drugs under special circumstances.
