    NO BASIS?

This is a guy who was life and death with Juan Manuel Marquez at 120 pounds, and now he has got 15 -17 pounds of muscle on him. Look at how short he is. He didn’t get taller, did he?”“Money generates greed,” he said. “Manny Pacquiao makes a lot of money for a lot of people. This is an issue that people don’t address because there is too much money to be made.” When discussions turned to how rumors that linked Pacquiao with drugs had started because of the way the pound-for-pound king had retained his power while climbing through the weight divisions, Malignaggi said: “I think it is pretty obvious.

“People don’t like what I said, but I tried to educate people. But they don’t want to hear it.

“People get killed in boxing, literally not symbolically, so this is an issue that has to be taken seriously. Records are getting destroyed.

“I never knew people could be so ******. I say what people are scared to say. Why doesn’t boxing want to talk about this?

“Instead I get people coming after me for it, vilifying me, asking why I am doing this. Money always talks.

Funny Thing is all these Quotes didnt come from SR. it came from Paulie, the guy that is not being taken to court or blamed......on the contrary, he may be rewarded with a mega payday..lol

what about giving blood immediately after the fight. They wont have results on the spot if he gets his blood drawn right before the fight anyway He'll also be tested with urine before and after.

How would he cover his tracks if he gives blood immediately after. Is he going to sweat out the roids

So the only way to improve and be successful as an athlete is to take steroids? Gotcha! Despite the fact that he's never tested positive before? Ok. Floyd's undefeated, he's on roids too.

Would you say the same thing if it was Hopkins vs Pacquiao and Hopkins was asking for a blood test from USADA with the same terms Mayweather was requesting.

Let's not act like this is a farfetched question. We all know Hopkins has fought a couple of welterweight's in the past. I'm sure he wouldn't hesitate at a crack at Pacquiao. You know the slick old man would want to know how this little guy is fighting at such a high weight and would want to know if he's a level playing field just like Floyd wants to know.

PEDs are mostly used for the enhancement of training. The results of the unnaturally enhanced training stay for a time regardless of whether the drug is still in your system.

You don't take a little purple pill and magically attain super strength, they just push your ceiling up - you still have to work.

Conte (An expert) already said that there are drugs that leave the system in 3-4 hours. There is a reason for Random Testing. Blood after the fight does nothing if he's looking for a 30 day gap.

HGH or roids does not necessarily need to be in your blood during the fight to give you an advantage.
Its what it does for your body during training that gives the fighter an edge. What does HGH do?
                # One of the most dramatic effects of HGH is on the connective tissue, muscle, and healing potential of the skeletal system.

                # HGH replacement or human growth hormone supplements in adults may have a beneficial effect on lipids and cardiovascular health.

                # Human growth hormone therapy results in profound changes in body composition. Fat mass is reduced while lean body mass increases.

                # HGH offers improved skin elasticity.

                # HGH can normalize blood pressure.

                # HGH increases immune function.

                # HGH will give you a sharper memory and concentration.

                # The growth hormone keeps the cells in as healthy a state as possible.

                # HGH will enable you to regain your zest for life.

                # Human growth hormone research indicate that it can also enhance ***ual performance.

                # HGH replacement therapy gives the mind a profound sense of well-being.

                # It is able to regenerate heart, liver, kidneys, and lung cells.

                # HGH is known to improve your cholesterol.

UHHH this is what your question was(lil reminder) I think you responded to my answer by going way off the point. Was that an accident or you didn't have nothing to say.

I never said Pac was on steroids

Suddenly Mayweather agreed to all demands... What demands did Floyd agree to in the first place?

March 13? - May is much more rested than Manny for this date.

147 lbs and a 10 mill penalty for every pound over? - This shouldn't be a problem for either fighters, so easy deal.

And then Floyd asked for olympic style drug testing when there was already NSAC to administer proven tests. And then Manny agreed to random testing but the weigh-in date as the cut-off date, Floyd can't leave with that?

FACT: Tests were going to be done, but Floyd and his team weren't satisfied with it, hence the olympic-****in-style drug testing... Floyd is worried (there, I didn't use afraid to calm your nerves *****s), considering he said Manny was an easy fight. So what's the fuss all about?

If you still wonder why Floyd accepted every Manny demand (as you steadfastly believe), it is because Manny's demands are conventional, non-intrusive. Floyd's demand is harassment, and non-negotiable. LOL.
