Only the Mayweather think he is doing something. Also the people who predicted Pac would lose to DLH, Cotto, and hatton think he is doing something. Crying because they got their predictions wrong. Of course PBF fans think Pac is doing something.

PBFs fans would love Pac to fail the tests in the hope it would diminsh his whole career, and PBF would be fighter of the decade.

MANILA - Pound-for-pound kingpin Manny Pacquiao believes that Floyd Mayweather Jr. is scared of him.

The seven-time world champion said the rigorous drug testing demands made by Mayweather's camp are just an excuse by the American to avoid their bout.

He stressed that he is willing to undertake any blood test to clear allegations regarding steroid use. However, he added that the test should not be made on the day just before the fight because it will weaken him.

Top Rank boss Bob Arum said the scheduled March 13 fight between Pacquiao and Mayweather has been called off to protect his Filipino ward.

"I will not allow Manny to be made like a fool and pushed around by Mayweather," he said. "We don't trust them anymore. Mayweather never had any intention to fight Pacquiao and he's looking for a way out and to smear Manny's image as somebody who takes drugs."

I dont know if this is naivety or downright ******ity on Manny's part.He seems not to understand his stakeholder analysis especially for an aspiring politician.It really makes me wonder what type of a congressman he will be (I will be surprised if such kind of ignorance can him win any votes).
This guy has never been known to keep his word,he's not a man of intergrity.He agrees to tests then backs out later.He agreed to go to the Journalists award in New York then backed out without explanation.He had to be forced to go by Arum.He promised Amir Khan he would be ringside for his fight then just decided not to show up.

No one believes all that rubbish he's saying now.If he thinks Floyd's scared of him he should just take the tests.He can say such things to people who dont think, not to a worldwide audience.People who live in caves can understand such ****** statements not people from a civilised world.He shouldnt be taking boxing fans for granted.
