nobody should fight pac without this testing

golden boy, mayweather promotions dibella entertainment (paulies promoter) and all others who believe this is needed should boycott pacquiao and arum in general if he refuses this testing when he is definitely under su****ion. by forcing arum to only pit him against top rank fighters will put enough pressure on him to eventually give into sufficient testing.
no reason why pacquiao cant be subjected to the same tests as floyd. thast like floyd saying you have to make weight but i dont. its b/s. pac is on PEDs until proven otherwise!.

Find me an instance of that.

This isn't about whats happened before, and been sanctioned before. This fight is gonna break new grounds and precedents, and yes men and excuse makers have to accept that.
floyd has a track record of disregarding weight limits... so his behavior has warranted it... hit him where it hurts, he's too broke to risk it

and its still a ****ing boxing match.. they still play by the rules... floyd's just being little ***** ass baby floyd

The state commissions are the ones responsible for ensuring hand wraps are legal, though. A member of the opposing corner is allowed into the dressing room to oversee this procedure, but it shouldn't be on their shoulders to ensure every aspect of the fight is legit. That is the whole reason we have commissions. In the case of Antonio Margarito, more than likely, the state athletic commissions failed to catch a fighter cheating, i.e. the industry standard failed.

It was only when Richardson placed that added scrutiny, while not unheard of in this case, that the illegal actions were caught.

My point is that the boxing commissions have failed before. I can't agree that just because the standard, up to this point, is not to have random blood tests, that its the correct way to test.
I don't disagree with the notion that more stringent testing may be in order. I just don't see how it can rightfully be imposed by one side alone, and then used as a bases to slander the other side when they do not give in to each and every demand (that the the Pac. side presented a counter proposal (which is of course not addressed in the GBP press release) is noteworthy).

If he's too broke to risk it, why the **** did he agree?

The traditional drug testing has become predictable, and the problem with being able to predict a test, is you can cheat it if you can anticipate on a calendar when each test gonna be.

Random drug tests take out that particular science, if in fact it is being used.

Up until they stopped doing 15 round fights, thats how it had ALWAYS had been done. Just because something has been done in the past a certain way, doesn't mean it can't be improved, and made more fair.

Why can't Manny just take the tests? I still don't get it. I don't think he's doping..so its just a pride thing.

I've been called that before. LoL.

I personally don't believe he's on anything. Why would he? I think he realizes the magnitude of being an elite prize fighter who carries a nation. Paco is just one of them Filipinos who love to fight. However, there could be that slight misunderstanding and suddenly, you're fcuked. Whereas Mayweather doesn't even take Tylenol. This is all publicity. Good, bad...Pacquiao is gonna come up negative after the circus has settled down. But that still won't fully convince the ******s out there. So what difference does it make if he takes the extra test or not? It's a "Catch 22" either way around. Kinda like saying, "OJ didn't do it" Don't believe the hype.

Why don't they both juice up and we'll have a super mega fight. Like Godzilla vs. Rodan.

he's too broke to risk coming in over weight... that was the point of the limit, make it too heavy of a penalty for him to break...
