Is a PBF win over Pac better than ANY win on Pac's resume?

A lot of talk about who's resume is better between Floyd Mayweather & Manny Pacquiao is a constant topic on NSB and not to my surprise many people discredit Mayweathers resume. I have seen a lot of people before the Cotto fight mention that Pac beating Barrera was better than any of Mayweather's wins. Then after the Cotto fight they say that the Cotto win tops any win on Mayweather's resume.......so.....

I am wondering if Mayweather beats Pacquiao while he is in his prime, P4P #1 in the world & the WW champion will that WIN top any win on Manny's resume??

Mayweather already has beter resume, but beating pacman half to death will make it even better.

No, I think Barrera is more accomplished, and some might say Morales but Morales is more on Mayweather's accomplishment level opponent quality wise. Heck, even Cotto has a lot of good wins but that's debatable.

So a Mayweather win over Pac isnt greater than a Pac win over Barrera or Cotto?

Absolutly, no queestions asked. A Pac win, a guy who has won titles in 5 divisions and faced many HOF'ers and is p4p number 1 is a FAR better win than any win on Pac's resume.
Just like a Pac victory over Floyd is far bigger than any win on Pacs resume.

But you are forgetting that Mayweather can't beat anybody half to death. He just can't. Even if he has the chance for a knockout he will never try, as long as he's in the lead on the scorecards - Maybe also if he's behind, we don't know, do we?

if pac beats floyd, then that win would be better than any win of floyd's resume too.
