If Mayweather Doesn't Budge On 60/40 Should Pacquiao Accept The Deal Anyway?

Let's say that Mayweather doesn't budge from the 60/40 demands, should Pacquiao accept the deal anyway because of what the fight could do for his legacy? Even with a 60/40 cut it could still very well turn out to be the highest purse he earned from a fight.

Yes - Pacquaio should accept 40/60 if it's the only way for the fight to happen

No - Pacquiao should hold out for 50/50, even if it means the fight never happens.

Quite simply, no. Mayweather, regardless of how big and famous he thinks he is, isn't in a position to make demands over Pacquiao, be it money, gloves, or anything else. The sooner he realizes, the better.

Manny should fight Mosley, the guy Floyd says is a drug cheat and therefore won't fight.

Pacquiao doesn't need Mayweather, it's the other way round. End of story.

Nope...50/50 at 147 is the fairest agreement I can think of...Floyd should stop being a freaking primadona!!!

If team Manny accepts the 60/40 split and let it be. As long as I see the fight then its good. But as Manny fan I would like it to be a 50/50 split or Manny having the bigger share. But it's up to them actually if they agree.

But I really do doubt that if Floyd will insist on a 60/40 split then I ain't see this fight from happening.

Basically what Sam said, Pac doesn't need Mayweather so, no.

In the end, Mayweather will take all the hate for not getting the fight made, while Pac comes out smelling like a bouquet of roses, willing to take on yet another elite WW.

53/47 atleast, not 60/40. So to answer your question, no.

60/40 with the winner getting the bigger share. If they are both so confident they are going to win I don't know what the big deal is. Although, maybe to much of a risk with the judging...however; maybe they shouldn't leave it to the judges. 60/40 to the winner if he gets the KO...if not, 50/50

Who cares as long as the fight gets made, The samething happened with the Mayweather/Hatton negotiation, When both fighters knew who would end up getting what all this fans were on here arguing that Hatton is the draw he deserves more, Hatton is exciting, He bring more fans to Vegas etc Who cares just make the ******** fight happen.

Now that I think about it, Winner take all has a nice ring to it for a fight of this magnitude....

                    No.

50/50 is very, very, very generous already for a fraud fighter that's gonna be exposed.

That's big money for floyd already he can pay all back taxes he owes with the IRS and still have some loose change left for the repairs of his refurbished boat.
