You can't dispute the fact that Cotto was weight drained(as much as Pacquiao's apologists have tried).Cotto is no small welterweight and every pound that is worked of is pure agony,and now he was asked to sweat off two more pounds to give an advantage to Manny Pacquiao,just because Pacquiao,Roach and Arum were all insecure of Pacquiao's chances over a faded Miguel Cotto.Manny Pacquiao's greatest wins are all tainted and history will look back poorly on his accomplishments.
