Whether Tyson Fury has retired or not? I have continually stated, since his loss to Oleksandr Uysk I & II 'There is no way, all of a sudden Tyson Fury now wants to fight Anthony Joshua. Without any titles on the line, it would be completely uncharacteristic for Tyson Fury to fight a top level Heavyweight fighter. Fury has never behaved in such a way before ever in his career. The only times Tyson Fury has fought his nearest competition, as a Champion? Are when he had no choice. Apart from his fights vs Wladimir Kiltschko, Trilogy fights vs Deontay Wilder, and two fights vs Oleksandr Uysk. Essentially Fury's resume consist of Domestic to European level fighters'.

And may I just add? There was almost a 9 year gap between Tyson Fury fighting Wladimir Kiltschko and Oleksandr Uysk 'Fury without a shadow of a doubt, is one of the three Heavyweight Mountains of this era. And he has been involved in two of the most catalytic Heavyweight's fights of this era i.e. Wladimir Kiltschko and the Deontay Wilder trilogy'.

But I have always rated Tyson Fury has a under-par Champion 'Fury's real Heavyweight reign started, when beat Deontay Wilder in their second fight. Tyson Fury has a Champion fought, Deontay Wilder once, Dillian Whyte, Derek Chisora, Francis Ngannou and Oleksandr Uysk twice. I know that the Francis Ngannou vs Tyson Fury fight was not sanction as a Heavyweight title fight, but regardless? Tyson Fury was the Lineal and WBC World Heavyweight Champion at that time, it was a real fight. Therefor I personally view that boxing contest as a serious fight, which looking back in retrospect had a overall negative effect upon his Championship reign'.

Tyson Fury before he even stepped into the ring vs Oleksandr Uysk eventually on May 18th 2024, came into that fight off a loss vs Francis Ngannou 'And right now as we speak? Tyson Fury has lost his last three fights in his career'.

But I will conclude this post by saying this? Like I have stated many times before, Tyson Fury may not have been the best Heavyweight Champion in terms of his conduct. But nobody can deny, that this man was a Championship performer. I still personally regard Tyson Fury, Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder as the main protagonist of this Heavyweight era. I have made the analogy before? That if this Heavyweight era was being made into a motion picture, then those three fighters would be the main characters and without them? There would be no block buster movie. All of those three fighters in combination had already way before Oleksandr Uysk entered into the Heavyweight divisions, cleared out the division. This has ultimately been their Heavyweight era.

Note: Neil Armstrong was the first man to step on the moon, then shortly after him it was Buzz Aldrin 'On 16th of July 1969, that was the day mankind entered into a new frontier'. Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua metaphorically speaking in terms of boxing, were the first two Heavyweight fighters to take the Heavyweight Division into a a completely new frontier after the Kiltschko era. Firstly Tyson Fury was the Heavyweight fighter who breached the defenses of the Kiltschko occupation of the Heavyweight Division. And then 17 months later Anthony Joshua in the greatest Heavyweight title fight of the past 25 years, conclusively took the Heavyweight Division into a completely new dynasty'.

On April 29th 2017, Wladimir Kiltschko vs Anthony Joshua was the greatest Heavyweight title fight of the past 25 years. Not only did Anthony Joshua beat Wladimir Kiltschko, he also stayed around at the summit and defended his titles conclusively taking the Heavyweight Division into a complete new dynasty

When Oleksandr Uysk entered into the Heavyweight Division, arguable Tyson Fury, Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder 'Were already outside of their peak form. All of those three Heavyweight Mountains, had pretty much already? Cleared out the division, collectively they had beaten all of their nearest competition'.

To conclude: If we once again revisit my movie analogy 'Oleksandr Uysk would be turning up in the last quater of this block buster movie. Rocky 1, Rocky 2, Rocky 3, Rocky 4 all of those saga's have already taken place by the time Uysk decided to attack the Heavyweight Division. Tyson Fury has already breached the defenses of The Kiltschko's occupation of the Heavyweight Division, Anthony Joshua has already forced Wladimir Kiltschko into retirement, and conclusively taken the Heavyweight Division into a completely new dynasty. Deontay Wilder has already blasted his way towards being the WBC World Heavyweight Champion. Tyson Fury has already disappeared from the sport, descended into Dantes Infero but found his way back out. Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury have already contested in the greatest Heavyweight rivalry since Evander Holyfield vs Rid**** Bowe, Muhammad Ali vs Joe Frazier. Anthony Joshua has already been beaten by Andy Ruiz I, to then immediately rematch him and avenges that traumatic loss. Collectively Tyson Fury, Anthony Joshua and Deontey Wilder had already dominated and became the three Heavyweight Mountains of this Heavyweight era. Before eventually Oleksandr Uysk appeared to conquer the Division'.

If Tyson Fury does not have the ambition, to fight Anthony Joshua or make another charge towards World title fight 'Tyson Fury's place and historical significance is already well established as one of the three Heavyweight Mountains of this era. Without Tyson Fury, Anthony Joshua or Deontay Wilder. What people need to acknowledge and realize, is that this Heavyweight era would of not been taken into a new frontier. Highly likely the Championship belts, would of constantly been moved about like a game of pass the parcel. But that was not the case, because the three Heavyweight Mountains brought passion, consistency, competition, entertainment, inspiration to this Heavyweight era. With their individual stories and boxing conquests'.

We move through life, and experience it as a collection of moments 'But it is only when we stop to self reflect, back on past experiences. That we realize, some of those moments were catalytic moments in our lives. There are times when we must overcome obstacles, and we have to do it there and then or else? The trajectory of our lives is completely altered. Tyson Fury for the large majority of his boxing career, whenever he has confront his most challenges obstacles he has overcame them all. Whether it was his disappearance from the sport, and descent into Dante Infero or? His fights vs Wladimir Kiltschko and Deontay Wilder. Fury was confronted with a obstacle a form of resistance in order to prove his greatness, and as a fighter ultimately that is what he has done'.

Tyson Fury is not a all-time great Heavyweight Champion, but? He has proven that he is a great Heavyweight fighter 'And one of the three Heavyweight Mountains of this era' etc.

Stopped reading after you referred to AJ as a "top level heavyweight". Fury would absolutely destroy AJ, and probably will happen after Turki offers him ridiculous money. Fury "retired" twice in 2022.

How much money does he really need? He must have made enough $$ in his last 3 fights to put his kids through college 10 times over. Obviously we do not really know his finances and make he wasted it all, but I do not think at 36 there is anywhere for him to go. He lost to Usyk twice and a fight with AJ only offers going out on a winning note.

I remember him retiring twice during the original Usyk negotiations. Then acting like he never said it. so we will see. He certainly is in a different place of his career than a couple years ago. I kinda hope he does retire. The man will excel at podcasting or doing some kind of social media insanity. He does not actually need boxing, he just needs a subject and a microphone.

How many retirements does this make for Fury now? 3? 4?

The Turpin mention, does that mean he's saying he's got so much money he doesn't need to or want to ever fight again?

That's what I get from it, but maybe I'm wrong.

Sounds like a pure money play. First of all who really cares to see a shot AJ fight again except for Brit fans who adore their losers? Tyson is just playing the retirement card to get leverage for a useless fight against a shot AJ. Tyson doesn’t have the passion and discipline anymore and AJ and his pimp Hearn are only in it for the $$$.

Turkie is a complete sucker if he really has any desire to be involved with both losers. Same with Canelo vs Crawford. That’s another fight that make no sense. Turkie has allowed Warren and Hearn to fill his cards with Brit bums while they freeze out boxers not with them so they can pick Turlie’s pockets while they do absolutely nothing to earn their money. The Riyadh experiment has become a joke and Turki hasn’t a clue how to pay boxers purses and no clue how to make fights void of Hearn and Warren’s garbage fighters.

Didn't he recently say he wanted 60 mill to fight AJ?

My bad, I think it's more likely he's saying he was robbed in the last fight against Usyk, in the Turpin mention.
