Is Lennox Lewis underrated?
He's a head to head beast, mythologically speaking, he meet up with any hw in time and it would be a fair fight!
Gold in the Olympics, defeated Rid**** bowe. Ducked by Rid**** bowe in the pros, beat everyone he's been in the ring with, avenging his only 2 losses by ko and tko, like I said only had 2 flash knockdowns that were unfortunately kos. He beat hasim Rahman, Evander Holyfield, and Mike Tyson. He defeated the saviour of the division David Tua back in the day. Best boxer out of heavyweight Britain legacy. Great Canadian heavyweight boxer. I'm pretty sure he beat Rahman a round or two earlier than Rahman beat him, convincingly showing he was superior. Also great resume: the list is packed with many a names. He arguably could beat any every hw ever in time.
Golota, Klitschko, Mercer, Briggs, Botha, Bruno, grant etc. His right hand was lethal. His left jab was a beautiful weapon. His uppercuts were crazy. His one two = textbook stuff. I'm pretty sure he has a human highlight reel of snapping heads and scoring knockouts that any hw would call a great legacy.
Not that many great hws left in his era, he was sent there to clean up the mess. Only didn't tussle with : John Ruiz, Chris Byrd, Roy Jones junior. Basically that was the landscape back then.
If you deem him not the best, who would he need to beat to make that list iyo?
