Boxing won’t miss this clown referee. The worst I’ve ever seen. This mf actually made the show about himself , he though people showed up to the arena to see him smfffh I still remember when he was being a goldidgger trying to fine both Andre Ward and Rodriguez smh and the on another fight he was stopping Vergil Ortiz mid round and telling him what punches he can and can’t throw. Total garbage referee. And I know you’re reading this. You won’t be missed

Refs have good & bad days but for the most part I thought Reiss was a good ref. Now i haven’t watch much of his fights in a decade unless he is doing HW fights so not sure how good a job he did in those dights. The Arreola fight he talked about was an IBF eliminator against Travis Walker when both were coming up the ranks. Arreola walked into a massive right hand bomb & he had to take a knee. When he got up he smashed Walker shortly after. Arreola could take a punch early in his career.

most fights you dont have to do anything important, when it came time to enforce the rules and call a fair fight, he didnt. he made sure the a-side guy was protected. of course you dont want to make it obvious but he did, because most of the time refs dont have to do anything to protect the a-side guys becuase they are good enough, but when they do need help thats when you see the blatant favoritism come out which exposes that no he was not a good ref, he was a bad ref, and a bad person.

its like saying hes a good cop, he only shoots innocent people once a year! the rest of the time hes really nice! the big moments are the moments that matter. he failed in those moments. well he didnt really fair he played ball with a corrupt system so in a sense he succeeded which is why you saw him in so many fights. he was trustworthy and knew where his bread was buttered like floyd with kenny bayless

Solid ref regardless of what some say here. Was never in a rush to stop the fights.
