I’m a fan of but you can’t deny both were hyped up to be the second coming of boxing, and both didn’t live up to their hype.

Broner vs fighters that won a major (not counting secondary/interim) world title:
W vs Daniel Ponce de Leon UD 10
W vs Antonio DeMarco TKO 8
W vs Gavin Rees TKO 5
W vs Paulie Malinaggi SD 12
L vs Marcos Maidana UD 12
L vs Shawn Porter UD 12
L vs Mikey Garcia UD 12
D vs Jessie Vargas MD 12
L vs Manny Pacquiao UD 12
Titles won:
WBO 130 (1 successful defense; missed weight on the second defense and was stripped)
WBC 135 (1 successful defense, moved up in weight)
WBA 140 (missed weight and was stripped on the first defense)
WBA 147 (lost on the first defense)
Wilder vs fighters than won a major world title:
W vs Siarhei Liakhovich TKO 1
W vs Bermane Stiverne UD 12
W vs Bermane Stiverne KO 1
D vs Tyson Fury SD 12
L vs Tyson Fury TKO 7
L vs Tyson Fury KO 11
L vs Joseph Parker UD 12
Titles won:
WBC heavyweight (10 successful defenses)
I know I should use Ring/TBRB rankings instead of titles, but that's too much work so this is what you get.
I'd say the Stiverne and Ortiz wins for Wilder were better than anything Broner had, but Broner did become a four division world titlist. Ultimately both guys were a huge disappointment.

In my perspective, Deontay Wilder had the better career. While both Adrian Broner and Wilder had notable achievements, Wilder’s reign as the WBC Heavyweight Champion and his 10 successful title defenses stand out significantly. He faced tougher competition in the heavyweight division, including matchups against the likes of Tyson Fury and Luis Ortiz, which showcased his resilience and power.

I will go with Wilder and I think his career and resume will age better over time. In addition to having slightly better wins, he had the trilogy with Fury. He didn't win any of the fights but they were violent wars and he went out on his shield.
Wilder always tried to win even if he was outclassed, Broner would merely opt out and try to survive. He never went out on his shield, he would just turtle up and implicitly surrender.

Wilder made 10 defenses and had 5 ppv fights. While making over 40 million
Broner turned down a 5 fight/40 million dollar deal from roc nation to stay with haymon. He never made the 40 million that he turned down
Give me wilder career

Wilder and his hype were based on what he could or would do when he matched up with the better fighters, we saw what happened. Loss after loss. I suppose its possible his loyalist fans will carry the torch for him but people without emotional investment will see a slim resume and lots of soft defenses before being exposed.
