This is going to be another mistake from TR, too soon just like they did Jared. Good for Xander though he's wanted a big fight for a while.

And what does Rick Mirigian have to say about this?

No big names for Xayas and suddenly he's fighting Ortiz? Baptism by fire.

          Bad look for Ennis imo.

This is similar to Schofield and shakur but Xayas is more developed imo. I like this for Xayas. 154 is a den of lions and he has to start somewhere.

Xander has the skills but lacks the pop in his punches to keep Virgil off.

Clearly, Xander's strength of competition will show this fight is better than no balls boots vs Virgil. It's obvious boot's and his team have no confidence in stepping up to a real fight. That's because boot's previous wins have brainwashed fans in believing he's a top dog. In reality, he's 30 and he's back peddling away from good fighters as he continues to say he can't get a good fight.

I’ll believe it when they are walking into the ring.
