I will always remember Naazim Richardson keeping it 100 on the Contender or whatever that show was in 2016, when he said Jr was not a "Sugar" and he has to earn that nickname...he never did earn it..

Actually, he's a C level fighter but GBP has somehow made other B and C level fighters more relevant.

I have a feeling that Golden Boy lost interest over time with Mosley Jr. They realized that his level of boxing talent is very low and they could only do so much for him. Mosley Jr may have been a sympathy signing by Golden Boy because De La Hoya and Mosley Sr were friends at one point.
